Training
All training is instructor-led and is 100% outcomes based.
IT Intellect is committed to training and skills development. To ensure all training attended is of value and suitable to the needs of clients, IT Intellect follows a specific training cycle that assists in determining the most suitable level of course for its clients, and which assists in measuring the knowledge gained by the learner.












The training cycle is divided into four phases:

Needs Analysis
Clients are offered a personalized consultation to establish their specific IT skill requirements.



By looking at the various job profiles within the company IT Intellect is able to make recommendations for career path planning.

Pre-Assessment
All prospective learners are encouraged to make use of our on-line assessment tool. This tool assists in determining the current skills of the learner as well as identify at which level training will need to commence at. Using this IT Intellect is able to offer a cost effect training solution to






Where possible training is also aligned to unit standards registered with the Isett Seta. All IT Intellect facilitators have extensive working experience in their specialized fields, thus affording learners real-life scenarios whilst learning. Due to their years of experience, the facilitators are able to quickly assess if a learner may require additional training to fully grasp the concepts that are taught.

Post Assessment 
Once the learner has had the opportunity to implement the skills learnt, they are encouraged to do an online post assessment to establish their new skill level. Learners also have the option of being assessed against specific unit standards, by our experienced and registered in-house assessors.
