Clients are offered a personalized consultation to establish their specific IT skill requirements.
By looking at the various job profiles within the company IT Intellect is able to make recommendations for career path planning for each individual, as well as meeting the up skilling plan of the organization.

Online and Manual Pre-Assessment


IT Intellect offers an online Skills Assessment to measure the level of training required so that training needs can be relevant and context specific. Using this IT Intellect is able to offer a cost effective training solution.

Where possible training is also aligned to unit standards registered with the Isett Seta. All IT Intellect facilitators have applicable work place experience in their specialized fields, thus affording learners real-life scenarios whilst on training.

Post Assessment


Once the learner has had the opportunity to implement the skills learnt, they are encouraged to do an online post assessment to establish their new skill level. This gives a good idea of the return of investment in our first class training and to define what the next level of training and up skilling would be the most beneficial.
